Jim joins Tower Realty Partners with over 20 years of experience in negotiations, strategic partnerships, and contract management most recently as Director of Partnership Marketing at USA Swimming, headquartered in his hometown of Colorado Springs. There he led a $6.4M corporate portfolio, working with some of the world's most recognized brands and delivering results that kept partners coming back year after year.

That same relationship-first approach drives his work in commercial real estate. Jim is committed to understanding each client's goals and guiding them through every phase of a transaction with transparency and purpose, making sure the final terms work not just for today, but for long-term success.

A Colorado Springs native and Colorado State University graduate, Jim is deeply rooted in the local community. When he's not working with clients, you'll find him on the golf course, the ski slopes, or the river, & coaching lacrosse.
